How much of your precious personal resources are you willing to waste? It takes a tremendous amount of time, money, and energy when you try to build your business alone.
As entrepreneurs, we don’t always see the advantage we get when we take the time to work on our business and not just in our business! What happens is we end up with something that isn’t in alignment with the life we want. We end up with a situation NOT suited to our unique strengths and isn’t meaningful to us.
A good coach will make sure that this never happens. If you don’t have a coach, you’re putting limits on your own potential.
One thing we know for sure: coaching works. How do we know?
Because we’ve seen the results of coaching on our life and business. We have personally invested more money in coaching and training than in any other area of our business. And it always comes back, ten-fold!
In our coaching, we focus on 8 key areas that have proven to be the most impactful in building a solid, long-lasting and profitable business. We call it our GREAT DAY formula!
- Goals – You can’t hit a target in the fog! If you don’t know exactly where you are going, sadly you’ll never get there. We will help you get a laser focus on the objectives and outcomes that are most important for you to move forward, in the short term and long range.
- Results – Success in business is ultimately determined by the results you get, not the time you spend. We’ll help you clarify your goals and then identify hidden places where you might be holding yourself back from achieving them.
- Energy – What do people feel when they are with you? It’s not always the words we say but the states we induce that make the difference. Lack of state management can prevent you from accomplishing consistent positive outcomes. We’ll want to optimize your habits, environment, and mindset so that you always FEEL empowered and others will too when they are with you! This one is huge!
- Action – Once we know the specific results you want to get, we need to break those big goals down together into smaller actions. That way, when you wake up each morning, you know exactly which high-leverage tasks to work on.
- Today’s world skills – Depending on your level of experience, there may be certain foundational skills, especially in the areas of technology and social media that you need to upgrade in order to be successful.
- Desire – We want to make sure that everything you’re doing is aligned with an overall vision for your business and life. You could call this YOUR WHY. We’ll create and expand that vision by pushing you outside of your comfort zone and reminding you of the reason you got started in the first place.
- Attraction – There is a science that reveals whatever is in your thoughts will eventually materialize into reality. This one concept is the genesis for creating the life and business of your dreams. Ignorance of this science/law creates inconsistent results and frustration.
